Customer Reviews:

I also like to find out if anyone else had bought the ASUS Eee Slate EP121 12.1" and found some reviews online as follows.

First one is from "Timmerax", who says:

"Have had my ASUS for a month and have to say, it runs clean and it is a great conversation starter. The Bluetooth keyboard is light and easy to use. Battery life is good for the fact that it is a workhorse. I run full Office and never have load issues or slow down in functionality. Love it and would buy a bunch more."

Second one is from "djenkins", who says:

"I have had the Asus Eee Slate EP121-1A010M for a few weeks now and love it. It runs on Windows 7 so I can run a full version of MS Office 2007 Pro along with all of my other software including Paint Shop Pro. The touch screen is great and I no longer use my Kindle unless I am reading outside. Over all the computer has operated flawlessly and does everything that my desktop computer can just as well if not better!

And one that wasn't that sure whether they liked it but I always like to get all views, so "James M. Forrest" who says:

"As much as I like the Asus 121, and it is a great tablet, the OS of Windows 7 doesn't really lend itself to a touch environment. I found moving around in Win7 to be clunky. The tablet is wonderful and fast. If it just ran Ipad apps I would love it. Win 7 just doesn't look that great on a 12 inch screen."

Conclusion:

I love my ASUS Slate! 8-) It's better than an iPad in lots of ways. It offers all the benefits of a laptop, and the ability to jot notes down, draw on screen captures, and annotate pdfs. It also runs Windows 7 well whereas with the iPad you have to use Apple's software. I highly recommend the ASUS Eee Slate EP121 12.1".

ABOUT ME:

Hi everyone, my name is Dan Ackerman. I was born in the UK but now live in the US, and I am single, live in California and I would describe myself as a techno geek!

Technology has always been a passion and since I was little have always wondered how things work and I was always taking things apart and seeing what was in on the inside like the memory, circuit boards etc however at that age could never get them back together! Typical kid eh?

Well as I got into my teenage years I started to buy all the computers, laptops etc I could afford and I now have a collection that is vast and always keep on top of the latest technology. and for me the next big thing is android technology and pads.

So when I heard that a new tablet pad was coming out I jumped on the chance to buy one and bought the ASUS Pad. This is my review of the ASUS Pad.

Thanks for reading!.
